Taal layas and variations

Many taals are providing thekas in different layas. And for some important taals, such as teen taal (teental), we also provide variations. For selecting a laya or variation, just select it in the list.

If you’re changing the laya and the option «Laya follow tempo» is selected, then the tempo will automatically be adjusted for this laya.

On the main tabla page, you may also directly change the laya with the
(slower laya) and
(faster laya) buttons.
