The main instruments have On/Off switches at the bottom of the page. On iPad and computer version, the switched are in the box of each instrument.

The tone generator must be started/stopped from its own page.

If available in the version of the software you’re using, the tabla and metronome can’t play together. They share the same switch. Opening the tabla page will activate the tabla, opening the metronome page will activate the metronome.
